Notice: Fiscal Year 2026-27 CSD Monthly Rate Increase

The Community Services District (CSD) has approved its annual utility rate adjustment for Fiscal Year 2026-27.

Following the Proposition 218 process, a public notice was mailed to all customers in early April. The official rate hearing took place during the Regular Board meeting on June 17, 2026. Because the total number of formal protests received did not meet the majority threshold (50% plus 1) required to overturn the decision, the Board approved the proposed adjustment.

This year's approved rate adjustment includes a $5.00 monthly increase for both water and wastewater reserves.

These dedicated funds are allocated directly to our utility reserves to maintain and secure local infrastructure. With this adjustment, the total monthly charge for both water and wastewater reserves is now $21.00.
